Most of the people are facing difficulties in installing Windows Live Messenger through the online installer due to timeouts and heavy traffic in their internet connection.
I’ve come up with an offline installer by Windows Live. This file includes all the Windows Live Service. To install this, Internet connection is not required. Just download the file and execute.
